Single copy shipping cost:
$5.00 for media mail (7-10 business days); or
$7.00 for priority mail (2-3 business days).
For 2-4 books $1.00 will be added for each copy. Five or more books will be shipped by Fed Ex or UPS for tracking purposes. $10 for 5-10 books; $15 for 11-20 books.
